Is my flight experience guaranteed?
- FIR AIR is not a commercial or charter flight company. For that reason, flights may be cancelled due to weather conditions or at the pilot's discretion.
- The pilot has the final decision for the "go-ahead" or "cancellation" of the flight. You must not in any way try to influence the pilot to fly if the pilot does NOT feel comfortable. As there are no scheduled flights, you are sharing the flight with the pilot. We cannot, therefore, guarantee that the flight will go ahead, but, in the case of a cancellation, we will issue an automatic refund. In the case of a cancellation due to unfavourable weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund from FIR AIR or the option to simply reschedule the flight.
What if my flight gets cancelled?
- If the pilot cancels the flight without finding an alternative date to reschedule, you will be notified immediately and you should receive an automatic refund within 48 hours.
How can I cancel my flight?
- For our cost share flights, you can cancel your flight 24 hours prior to the date of the flight and will receive a full refund. If you want to cancel the flight after this period please contact the pilot immediately and ask them to cancel it for you. If they are not able to cancel the flight as well contact us at info@fir-air.com and we'll be happy to assist.
What will happen if I get to the meeting point and the pilot is not there?
- If the pilot is not there within 30 minutes of the planned meeting time without letting you know or if they cancel without prior notice, you may send us an email for a complaint and we may issue a refund back to you.
